Amy Frederick assumes greater role in re-election

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Woodbridge, Virginia (September 15, 2007) – Delegate Jeff Frederick’s re-election campaign has announced that his wife Amy will once again be joining the campaign full-time starting Monday, September 24. Today’s announcement signals her involvement seven days a week, including going door-to-door everyday with Delegate Frederick and others on the campaign team.

“Having Amy on board full-time will bring a huge boost to the campaign,” said Megan Svajda, campaign manager for Frederick. “Even though Amy has been helping the campaign since we began our efforts back in March, we look forward to having her on board full time,” she added.

As an executive for a leading national senior’s advocacy association, Amy Frederick manages the day to day operations of her organization and works at the federal level for the elimination of the “Death Tax”, social security reform, and improvements in health care options for seniors.

“People need to know this campaign is a team and a family effort.” Amy Frederick said. “It’s important that we work together to ensure we have the right leadership today and into the future.”

“Ever since we first ran for this job two years ago, it has been a family commitment that Amy and I have made together. She’s my closest advisor and surely my greatest asset. Having Amy on board full time will be a big advantage”, Jeff Frederick said.

Frederick represents the 52nd District in the Virginia House of Delegates, serving the citizens of Woodbridge, Dumfries, Triangle, Quantico, Montclair, and Manassas. Jeff and Amy live in Woodbridge with their daughter Gracie, who will also be going door-to-door in her jogging stroller.
